Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays).
During peak seasons or in exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

International Shipping
Forus ships worldwide from New Zealand.
Some products may be subject to import restrictions depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with their local import regulations before placing an order.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, are not included in our shipping rates, and are non-refundable.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
