US Shipping Update
Due to recent changes to US import tariffs and customs requirements, our standard shipping rates to the United States are temporarily unavailable.
If you would like to place an order from the US, please contact us before ordering. We will check shipping availability, duties and import costs for your order.

Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays).
During peak seasons or in exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched. Delays may occasionally occur due to destination public holidays, customs clearance, international events, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

International Shipping
Forus ships worldwide from New Zealand. Some products may be subject to import restrictions depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with their local import regulations before placing an order.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, are not included in our shipping rates, and are non-refundable.
If you are unsure whether additional charges may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
