Are your products authentic and sourced from New Zealand?

All products we sell are either manufactured in or officially supplied within New Zealand, and they meet the strict safety standards set by the New Zealand government.

In particular, for Manuka honey, we only stock products that fully comply with New Zealand’s rigorous regulations and carry certified quality marks such as UMF®, ensuring authenticity and premium quality.

What makes your supplements different from others?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you sell practitioner-only or high-strength formulas?

We do not sell products that require a prescription or are restricted to practitioner-only use. We strictly comply with New Zealand regulations for the online sale of health supplements.

However, we carefully select and offer high-quality products, including natural and effective formulations, to help support your overall health and wellbeing.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take within New Zealand?

Once an order is placed, we require time to carefully pack and prepare it for dispatch. After that, it may take 2–3 business days for the courier to collect the parcel and begin delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Auckland (non-rural areas): 1–2 business days
  • South Island: 3–4 business days
  • Rural or remote areas: may take longer

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather or courier delays. Overall, shipping within New Zealand typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the Auckland area.

However, for rural areas, additional charges may apply. In such cases, we make it a priority to communicate with the customer and resolve any issues promptly.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

We offer international shipping to all regions where sales are permitted. However, please note that some products, such as Manuka honey, may be restricted from shipping to certain countries.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, forUs will email you the tracking number. Along with the tracking number, we provide a link that allows you to track your order in real time. You can also contact us with your order number through our Contact Us page, and we will provide an update as soon as we verify your order.

What courier do you use?

We ship our orders through NZ Post, New Zealand’s largest courier and postal service.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return policy?

Products can be returned only if there is a defect or if the wrong item was deliverednot for reasons of change of mind.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

If we have sent the wrong item or a defective product, we will provide a return shipping label via email. You can attach this label to the box and arrange for NZ Post to pick it up.

Returns are not accepted for simple change of mind or if the item was purchased due to customer error. Additionally, products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been damaged cannot be returned.

Reshipment of a replacement item will occur only after the returned product has been received and verified by us.

Can I return opened products?

Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, used, consumed, or is otherwise no longer in a condition suitable for resale.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If your order is damaged during transit, we will work with NZ Post to review responsibility and resolve the issue.

However, if the damage is caused by insufficient or incorrect packaging on our part, we will arrange for a return and send a replacement item.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used for payment. This is handled through the Shopify payment gateway used on our website. Once the refund is issued, an automatic email notification will be sent with details of the amount and timing.
