Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • be unused

  • remain sealed in original packaging

  • be in resalable condition


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for:

  • opened supplements

  • consumable products

  • personal care items

  • clearance items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or additional information before processing a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
